Who We Are
Our organization is a mix of students, young professionals, consecrated church leaders and missionaries who have invested time and effort into building deep relationships with young people to be the change they desire to see in themselves, their homes, churches and communities. We know that leaders are not born; they are made. we are trying to enable a new generation of leaders, some of whom have already shown potential, who in Mrs. Whites words, can put new life into old methods of labor, and can invent new plans and new methods of awakening the interest of church members and reaching the men and women of the world… (MR311.33).

What We Do
We are taking a unique approach to helping overcome the barriers to the spread of the gospel. We have developed leadership programs that teach our young people, not only theory but practice as well, by emphasizing a ‘learning by doing’ culture in our ministry. We are constantly teaching our members to find ways to integrate into secular societies through academic and career development programs that improve interpersonal skills, personal management, reading comprehension and writing that seem simple on the surface but have a huge long term impact on a child or young adult’s life. These opportunities allow our young people to make friends, build trust, and introduce Jesus.
We, with the existing church leadership, are working to foster a positive learning environment where young adults are able to test their ideas and prove their efficacy through data-driven reporting and analysis. We understand from the Spirit of Prophecy that, “The work of God in this earth can never be finished until the men and women comprising our church membership rally to the work and unite their efforts with those of ministers and church officers.” (9T 116.4)
Own It, Power It
Each one of us wants to make a significant impact in the lives of those who live among us. It is the reason why we work, invest time and effort into building deep relationships, effective partnerships, and networks of influence. Would you help us mentor young people so that they can take advantage of opportunities to be successful not only in this life but in the life to come? You may be asked to recruit other volunteers, canvass donors, or talk to your friends and neighbors about what you hope to see from this campaign in South Asia. Whether you’re a first time supporter or a veteran volunteer, this campaign belongs to you. You own it, and you power it.
